Kia ora

I’m a registered Health Psychologist based in Tāmaki Makaurau, specialising in supporting individuals navigating gynaecological and reproductive health conditions and concerns.

My work is grounded in a compassionate, collaborative approach that recognises the close connection between mind and body, particularly for those living with chronic or complex health experiences. I value working alongside other health professionals and welcome a team-based approach to care.

Above all, I aim to offer a supportive, thoughtful space where each person’s individual needs, goals, and strengths guide the therapeutic process.
